Founded by Uttam, a passionate food entrepreneur with a Hotel Management degree from a prestigious university in Scotland and an MBA from Dublin, the restaurant is the result of over a decade of his experience in food retail investment across Ireland. ​ Leading the kitchen, Chef Gagan brings with him an impressive career spanning luxury 5-star hotel restaurants in India and abroad along with several years as Head Chef in some of Ireland’s finest Indian kitchens.
